CORE REHABILITATION:

Are you dealing with core issues or dysfunction that keeps your body from functioning at, feeling, and looking its best? Diastasis recti, c-section recovery, v-bac preparation, pelvic floor/core strength/toning. We address all of these issues using a customized combination that includes corrective exercise, breath work, functional fitness, dance therapy, and mind-body awareness.

BACK & HIP PAIN:

Core rehabilitation, bellydance therapy, Thai yoga massage for hip and pelvic alignment and a healthy connection to your center.
