For women who have done the deeper work
yet still feel disconnected from their bodies—
and know they are not fully living as their true selves.
.
You may be here because...
You may be healing from physical or emotional disconnection—or simply know there is more of you waiting to be lived.
🔹 You feel disconnected from your body, vitality, creativity, or sense of self
🔹 You carry persistent low back, hip, core, or pelvic challenges
🔹 You seek support and guidance during your pregnancy
🔹 Your body has changed through pregnancy, birth, surgery, menopause, injury, or other life transitions
🔹 You feel tense, ungrounded, anxious, or not fully at home in your body
🔹 You've done significant inner work, but want to feel more connected—not just understand yourself intellectually
🔹 You long to reclaim sensuality, movement, creativity, confidence, pleasure, or self-expression
🔹 You want a more active life rooted in conscious, connected movement rather than pressure, punishment, or performance
🔹 Some part of you—the dancer, creator, wild woman, lover of life—is ready to come forward again
🌀 Whatever brings you here, Fire in the Belly begins with the body—not as a problem to solve, but as a place of wisdom, vitality, healing, and possibility.
There is a path back to yourself—physically, emotionally, creatively, and spiritually.
Fire in the Belly brings these three dimensions together in a personalized 1:1 experience. Your work may begin with physical recovery, movement, emotional integration, creative expression—or some combination of all three.

Reconnect with your center of strength, sensuality,
and stability.
The physical foundation of embodied living—core, pelvis, breath, mobility, strength, recovery, and reconnecting with your body through
its changing stages.
We include pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and other life transitions.

Express, release, and re-pattern through guided, trauma-sensitive movement.
Explore the medicine of bellydance, fusion movement, somatic exploration, sensuality, creativity, play, and embodied expression—reclaiming movement as a source of vitality, freedom, and self-expression.

Gentle, body-based practices for integrating stress, emotion, and experiences
held in the body
Move beyond simply understanding your experiences intellectually and toward greater presence, safety, self-trust, nervous-system awareness, and the capacity to inhabit yourself more fully.
If you're seeking prenatal support,
I also offer a specialized pathway for PREGNANCY.

Prenatal Fire in the Belly is a specialized 1:1 pathway supporting women through the profound physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation of pregnancy.
This program incorporates somatic healing, breathwork, embodied movement, bellydance as a healing art, and holistic prenatal corrective exercise.
We nurture connection, confidence, and trust in the changing body while preparing for birth and the journey beyond.
🌟 What Clients Say
"You were the first woman to really empower me to love the Divine Feminine (something I once avoided). I am so glad the Universe brought you to me right when I needed you. You helped me become a powerful woman and mother. I love you.”

🌺 What Makes This Work Different
My method is integrated, corrective, expressive, and deeply feminine.
Rather than separating the physical, emotional, spiritual, and creative dimensions of healing, Fire in the Belly weaves them together through:
Somatic-Spiritual Coaching & Breathwork
Shift stress, ground and reconnect with your center, regulate your nervous system, and awaken your inner divine guidance.
Core + Pelvic Recovery
Rebuild strength, posture, and deep alignment with functional, corrective movement and conscious breath.
Dance & Expressive Movement
Restore freedom, expression, and emotional release through guided, trauma-sensitive movement, including bellydance as a healing art.
Ancient, Embodied Wisdom
Nature-based, feminine-centered principles to guide your healing with softness, intuition, and grounded spirituality.
It is a multidimensional, holistic invitation to return to your body, reclaim your power, and awaken your feminine vitality, creativity, and expression.

Bellydance has been a foundational movement language in my work for more than three decades.
Rooted in the rich and diverse dance traditions of the Middle East and North Africa, bellydance is an evolving art form practiced and enjoyed across generations, communities, and cultures. I approach it with respect for its cultural roots while honoring the unique way it has become part of my own artistic and healing lineage.
For me, bellydance is far more than learning steps.
It is a way of coming home to the body.
Through its circles, undulations, isolations, rhythms, grounded stance, expressive arms and hands, and relationship with the breath, bellydance can invite women into greater awareness of the belly, pelvis, spine, hips, and whole body. It can support core-pelvic connection, mobility, fluidity, posture, confidence, sensuality, vitality, creativity, and joy.
Within Fire in the Belly, I weave bellydance with somatic exploration, fusion movement, breathwork, corrective and therapeutic movement, physical recovery, spiritual guidance, and creative expression.
Sometimes the work begins with healing and restoration.
Sometimes it begins with the desire to dance, move, create, or feel more alive.
Wherever you enter, movement becomes a pathway into deeper embodiment.
Movement as Reclamation
Bellydance can be especially powerful for women who have felt disconnected from their bodies—or who have been taught to see their bodies primarily through the eyes of others.
This work invites something different:
🌺 To inhabit your body rather than judge it
🌺 To experience sensuality as connection rather than performance
🌺 To discover strength without abandoning softness
🌺 To move for pleasure and expression rather than appearance
🌺 To reconnect with your core, pelvis, breath, rhythm, and vitality
🌺 To let creativity and movement become sources of freedom
🌺 To awaken the dancer spirit that may have been waiting for you all along

You do not need to consider yourself a dancer.
You may have danced your whole life, danced years ago and want to return, love movement but never felt like you belonged in the dance world, or have always carried a longing to dance but believed you were too old, too stiff, too self-conscious, or simply “not a dancer.”
There is no particular body, age, dance background, or level of ability required.
This is not about performing for someone else's gaze.
It is about moving from the inside out—reclaiming your body as a place of wisdom, creativity, sensuality, strength, and life.

I am a coach, teacher, guide, and mentor in movement, embodiment, and the body-mind-spirit connection, with more than 30 years of experience supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies in healthy, beautiful, and meaningful ways.
Every healthy relationship begins with engagement. When we have become disconnected from our bodies, conscious movement and breath offer a powerful way to reconnect. Bringing loving awareness into the body and moving from that awareness is an act of engagement—with ourselves, our lives, and the deeper wisdom we carry within.
For more than three decades, I have continued to evolve both my multidisciplinary practice and my own personal healing journey. My work has included women of all ages, pregnant and postpartum mothers and babies, families, co-ed groups, seniors, youth, and young children, across movement, dance, bodywork, fitness, spiritual guidance, and embodied healing.
My professional path and my personal path have always been intertwined. I have not only studied and practiced this work—I have lived it. My own journey through trauma, somatic healing, spiritual growth, and profound life change has shaped the way I understand embodiment, recovery, and the courage it takes to come home to yourself.
Today, in my late 50s, I continue to grow, dance, perform, move, create, and learn—with a passionate love for life and a deep commitment to supporting women in their own healing and becoming.
Self-healing and growth are lifelong practices. They ask for commitment, courage, humility, curiosity, and a willingness to keep listening inward.
Your story is your own. My role is not to tell you who you are or to do your healing for you. It is to offer knowledge, experience, presence, and a multidimensional body-based approach that can help you reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
