Embodied Performance Artist
Movement • Breath • Voice • Expression
I move through the world through embodiment, rhythm, and presence. My expression is rooted in dance, breath, intuitive and connective movement, and a deep relationship to nature, spirit, and sensation.
I believe we are spirit first, and that the body is a divine temple—holding story, memory, intelligence, and creative power.
Movement is one of the most direct ways we return to ourselves and to the remembrance that we are part of a greater whole.
My artistic approach is shaped by decades of lived experience, personal exploration, and communion with Love, Nature, and Source.
Dance isn’t just performance—it’s how I live.
Dance has always been my lifeline—my way to survive, pray, express, and heal. I was born in Kansas City, Missouri, a cradle of jazz and soul. My parents were artists and free dancers. My US-born father, a jazz musician and Latin dance instructor, and my British mother, a devoted Beatles fan and keeper of the ancient magic of the British Isles, filled our home with music, creativity, and movement.
From dancing to funk and disco as a teen to discovering the soulful power of bellydance in my 20s, my dance journey has been one of personal rebirth. Bellydance gave me a language to reclaim my body from trauma and feel proud of my strength and sensuality. It became the root of my style—natural, feminine, fierce, and fluid.
As a choreographer, I draw from personal healing and intuitive exploration. My work has been featured at mental health conferences and events, women’s wellness programs, and creative performance venues.
I turn everyday movement into expressive dance—infusing functional movement, somatic awareness, and emotion. Nature is my studio; I often dance and choreograph outdoors, letting the earth, the nature spirits, and sky guide me.

Dance has always been part of my life. It has been a constant return—something instinctive, familiar, and alive within me.
I was born with a natural connection to rhythm, movement, nature, and the subtle world of energy and spirit. Raised in a family of music lovers and free movers, expression was simply part of the environment I grew up in.
From early on, dance was something I returned to instinctively. It brought presence, joy, and a deep sense of connection. Over time, that relationship only continued to deepen.
Dance is a living part of how I experience and move through the world, and a way I connect with others through presence and expression.
