My name is Morgyn Danae and I look forward to supporting you as a holistic fitness trainer/corrective exercise/core rehabilitation specialist (NASM) (Fit For Birth), dance, and massage therapist in Miami, Florida! I specialize with women and mothers, including women over 50, to reclaim their bodies, their beauty (inner and outer), and their lives through a foundation of self-love and self-care.

I create customized personal training sessions with an effective integration of functional fitness training, corrective exercise, bellydance movement, flexibility, breath work, and guided meditation. This form of fitness is medicine that can help address tough issues such as low back pain, hip pain, pelvic pain, diastasis recti (abs separation), complications from scar tissue, c-section discomfort, constipation, and incontinence.

I offer effective 6-12 week and long-term programs to help you create new habits and a foundation for optimum wellness and fitness. You have the options of house calls, outdoor beach training, and/or live video call sessions via Zoom.

You can complement your training sessions with therapeutic massage/stretching sessions incorporating  Thai Yoga Massage and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage (Pololei Style) for a truly comprehensive wellness experience.
