C-SECTION BIRTH, ABDOMINAL & HIP SURGERY RECOVERY (ex. tummy tuck, hysterectomy, hip replacement)

C-section is birth first but it’s also major surgery. There is often no follow-up education or recovery programs offered.
It’s common that post-surgery care in general is either minimal or doesn’t happen at all. The body/soul may be dealing with untreated issues as a result.

We build your toolkit for recovery which includes:

  • teaching you self-massage for that area (if you feel ready) for reconnection of the muscles, tissues, and nerves
  • scar tissue massage sessions
  • massage/breathwork to balance the internal organs and nervous system and gently "comeback" into your body 
  • reduce/eliminate scar numbness
  • pain, digestive issues
  • disconnection you may feel from your belly
  • guided meditation/visualization
  • reactivation/strengthening of core/pelvic floor muscles and overall stamina post-surgery
 You have the option to progress when you have the necessary strength and safety in your movement.
