These workshops incorporate the healing, feminine movements of bellydance. Stretching, breathwork, and a relaxing and rejuvenating guided meditation are all elements that are incorporated depending on the time format. As a fitness trainer and massage therapist with pre/postnatal specialization, I may also include specific information about fitness and health. By request, I’ll also share a dance performance followed by fun music for a dance-along with your new moves!

I’ve taught several Bellydance WorkshopsMom to Mom photo Summit 2013 for the non-profit organization, Mom to Mom of Maine. This photo was taken at their 2013 Annual Summit in Saco, Maine . The members were so open, joyful, and focused. It’s such a beautiful sight to see a group of women smiling and feeling relaxed and connected to their hearts and bodies. It is always a truly blissful experience for me as an instructor. This is the gift of dance that I personally experience and hold dear to my heart as a dancer.
