What is Dance Healing?

Dance is a natural self-expression that goes back to the beginning of human history. It has always been a form of medicine and community celebration all over the world.

We often feel disconnected from our bodies and each other in this modern culture, especially when we've experienced trauma, abuse, or going through difficult times. Learn some basic tools for connecting with your body and healing your mind in a safe, fun space.

What are your different dance programs?

CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, 1:1 SESSIONS

  • 1:1 coaching-virtual, studio or outdoors & in person~Laguna Beach & Tustin, CA

  • workshops-virtual, studio or outdoors in Orange County, CA
    *All programs are trauma-informed.
    Programs for all generations: women, co-ed, seniors, & pre-schoolers. All levels are welcome and no training is required for most workshops/classes.

Meditative Dance

Let’s meet in a relaxed space to connect for peace, grounding, and creative expression. This class  can bring relief from stress, tension, and overall stiffness. All levels are welcome and it is safe for people with core issues such as low back and hip pain.

These guided meditative dance journeys include: breathwork-meditation, creative visualization, warm-up with stretching & core connection, uplifting music, and gentle dance movement to create a “bridge” between body, mind, spirit, and the earth. Great for calming the nervous system.

Bring a mat and/or blanket and water bottle and wear comfortable clothing to move.
Both Co-Ed & All Women versions are offered.

Gentle Stretch & Dance for Seniors

Do you want to feel better in your body and improve your mood?

Enjoy safe, gentle stretches and simple dance movements to great music. Increase your hip mobility, agility, stamina, and joy through creative expression! Wear comfortable clothes for movement and have a yoga mat or blanket/towel and water bottle.
