Let’s meet in a relaxed space to connect for peace, grounding, and creative expression. This class can bring relief from stress, tension, and overall stiffness. All levels are welcome and it is safe for people with core issues such as low back and hip pain.
These guided meditative dance journeys include: breathwork-meditation, creative visualization, warm-up with stretching & core connection, uplifting music, and gentle dance movement to create a “bridge” between body, mind, spirit, and the earth. Great for calming the nervous system.
Bring a mat and/or blanket and water bottle and wear comfortable clothing to move.
